Our Story
Since their establishment Paradisa Homes has built 400+ homes in the Austin area making them one of the biggest and most prominent spec builders in Central Texas. Take a quick look at our journey throughout the years:
2011
The Company was formed in 2011 to build homes across the United States before focusing on our local market, Austin, TX. During this transition, we formalized this specialization by re-branding the Company as Paradisa Homes. Paradisa Homes has helped revitalize communities across Austin over this past decade while building invaluable relationships and expertise. Since then, Paradisa Homes has built a reputation for building high-quality, efficient custom homes in Austin’s most sought-after areas.
2015
Paradisa built its first subdivision in Scenic Point, consisting of 50 homes.
2017
Paradisa completed its first custom-built residence and has since constructed over 15 custom homes in the Austin area.
2018
Paradisa expanded its capabilities and took on the role of general contractor for their first multi-family project.
2021
Paradisa made its first expansion into a new market outside of Austin, Texas. By starting the development of a 22-lot infrastructure in Fredericksburg, Texas.
2022
With this, Paradisa began construction on Austin’s largest spec home. With this Paradisa Homes will also be one of the first few companies in the Austin area to develop $20MM+ spec homes introducing a new market for the City.
2024
Paradisa will be granted approval for a site plan for the development of their 144-unit multi-family development.
