Born in Lansing, Michigan, Todd long ago travelled beyond the boundaries of his birthplace to become a true globe trotter and has lived in Italy, Trinidad, and Indonesia. His travels led him to Austin in 1998 where he since become a long-standing transplant. Todd has received a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University, is a registered architect in Texas (#21182) and is a LEED Accredited Professional who champions ever more efficient, sustainable environmental design.

Born in Crowley, Louisiana, Jerry has long-standing roots in Cajun country. He moved to Texas in 2008 and has had prior licensure as a real estate agent in the both the states of Louisiana and Texas.

On most days as you walk through our office doors, Elise is the calm, organized, welcoming presence who effortlessly guides guests, clients, and contractors alike towards an optimal experience regardless of their reason for visiting. Her versatile abilities lend ample support to accounting and marketing efforts, but she truly shines as the touchstone for customer service and our warranty program, where she operates the wheelhouse for warranty enrollment, communications, scheduling for effective claim resolution, and provisions new homeowners with a wealth of detailed information about their home that allows enjoyment for years to come. Born in Binghamton, New York, but raised in Round Rock, Elise moved down the road to Austin in 2012. She has earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas State University.

As head of project management, Scott skillfully oversees all construction-related endeavors from architectural pre-planning to post-sale warranty fulfillment. A skilled liaison, he bridges multiple channels and departments, and works to ensure accurate procurement of materials and inventory management, efficient labor allocation, timeliness, quality control, and appropriate application of building code regulations. His background includes over a decade of experience working in both the real estate and financing industries as well as wealth of knowledge garnered from extensive renovation and remodeling of homes in the Austin area, allowing him significant foresight to challenges in construction even before ground is broken. A native Austinite, Scott was born, raised, and has lived in Austin for almost his entire life. He obtained a Bachelor in Business Management from Southwestern University.

With over a decade of experience in pre-construction management and business development, Logan has been key to the success of numerous projects for a variety of clients within the state of Texas. Notable past projects include The Star in Frisco, the Hyatt-Miraval Resort expansion, Texas Rangers ballpark and many others. His daily endeavors focus on the creation of meaningful relationships and long-term value for the betterment of all parties involved in our commercial construction division. Georgia born, but Texas taught, Logan earned a Bachelor in Business Administration from Texas Christian University and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
A true multi-disciplinarian, Nicole oversees a myriad of areas integral to operations inclusive of such things as accounts payable and receivable processing, all things falling under the umbrella of HR, formation and management transition of secondary non-profit entities with outside legal counsel, branding and SEO marketing efforts, as well as aspects of fleet and safety management. With a wealth of experience stemming from time working for both publicly traded and privately held companies in multiple industries, she ensures that the needs of both human capital and operational systems are met with sufficient supplies of caffeine, aspirin, understanding, and a decent dose of goodwill and kindness. Born in El Paso, Texas, Nicole eventually moved to Austin in 2005 and escaped to the outer edges of the greater Austin area in 2009 to Taylor, Texas where she currently resides. She has obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Southern California and a Master in Business Administration from West Texas A&M.
