The Company was formed in 2011 to build homes across the United States before focusing on our local market, Austin, TX. During this transition, we formalized this specialization by re-branding the Company as Paradisa Homes. Paradisa Homes has helped revitalize communities across Austin over this past decade while building invaluable relationships and expertise. Since then, Paradisa Homes has built a reputation for building high-quality, efficient custom homes in Austin’s most sought-after areas.
2021
A Luxurious future
Paradisa Homes has built several hundred homes in Austin through 2021 and is planning to deliver several hundred units by 2024 (check our available and under construction listings here). Paradisa Homes will also be one of the first few companies in the Austin area to develop $20MM+ spec homes introducing a new market for the City.
